The Coach House - Derby

The Coach House is a boutique guest house situated on the A6, 1 mile north of the City Centre. The property is next to Darley Park, five minutes walk from Darley Abbey with its riverside bars. restaurants and the West Mill Wedding Venue. It is within easy reach of the Peak District, Alton Towers and Chatsworth House.

All room rates include a delicious breakfast served between 7.30am and 9am in the week and between 8.30am and 10am at weekends and on Bank Holidays.

Our usual check in time is between 3 and 6pm, with check in outside these times by arrangement.

For guaranteed off street parking we have 3 reservable UK standard sized parking spaces for a fee of £10 per space, per day (subject to availability). Due to the dimensions of our parking spaces we do not recommend them for larger vehicles or nervous parkers.

Early check-ins from 12pm and late check-outs till 12pm are available for a fee of £25 each (subject to availability).

We welcome pets inbut room 7, at a cost of £20 per stay.

Our individually styled rooms offer sumptuous beds, luxury bathrooms, teacoffee making facilities, a mini bar, hairdryer and Temple Spa toiletries.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 10:00.

We have 3 reservable parking spaces, suitable for standard sized cars and competent parkers (please contact the property for availability). Please mention at the time of booking if you are bringing a dog. There is an additional charge of GBP 20 for a dog. There is no 24-hour reception. Please advise the property of your check-in time. Any check-in after 18:00 needs to be arranged in advance. A surcharge of GBP 25 applies for early check-in, subject to availability. Late check outs are also available for a charge of GBP25, subject to availability.requests for early arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Deluxe Double Room. The room has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and additional amenities include a TV and teacoffee making facilities. The room is located at the rear of the property, on the ground floor, away from the main road in the converted stables block. ;
Deluxe Double Room with open Bathroom. This room provides additional space to accommodate a single bed for a child to stay The room has an en-suite open bathroom with a shower, and additional amenities include a TV and teacoffee making mini bar and bath robes facilities. The room is located at the top floor of the property. ;
Deluxe Double Room.
